WORM-EEEES!!!! That's the cry of my grandson Immanuel as he realizes Grandpa and Grammy have a cooler filled with dirt and his newest delight, earthworms!!!He was here the other day as Grandpa was getting ready for a trip that would include fishing, and he was needing to transfer some of those nice fat worms to his bait box to take along. It was precious to watch "Manny" as we call him, pick up a "worm-eee" fold it around itself and place it in his hand then move it to the bait box where he would ceremoniously deposit it with a word declaring "WORM-EEE" with the biggest sweetest smile! About three dozen times!!
The simple pleasures. That scene has warmed my heart for days! I just wanted to share it with you all!
